Occupational Safety Management Practice in the University Residential College: A Study of its Physical Aspects Through Audit Programme

Abstract: The management have to make sure the safety of the university’s residential colleges at the highest level. Health and safety audit should be done frequently in order to reduce risks to staffs and residents in college. The implementation of health and safety audit in college also has to take into consideration the programme aspects like seminar, campaign and training. This will ensure the safety programme in college to be more effective and comprehensive. Lastly, the safety audit can be used as a monitoring tool as well as reducing the accidents cases in the workplace.
