Abstract: Now, every work on attendance and mark list maintenance is been processed manually or keeping all the records safely from dusts. These records are not going to remain safe after decades. So, we implemented Speculative Motion Observing and Interaction System (SMOIS) an android application with a live database to store and retrieve information simultaneously. This android application contains of staff, student and parent modules where staff upload all the information regarding management, college events, student mark details, attendance, etc., student can use that app to view mark details, attendance percentage and college events organized by management. Parents will observe their child activity on the college each day and direct communication without going to college and meet the respective staffs.
