As everyone knows, one of the important characteristics of the structural changes in the society of the 21st century is the shift from the single-cultural society to the multicultural one. With the rapidly developing traffic and communication, intercultural contacts and exchanges are increasing and a new era in which heterogeneous cultures exist in a mixed way is becoming a reality in the global society. Against this backdrop, discussions over the multicultural society is being actively done around the world; sometimes, the negative aspect of multicultural society is highlighted and other times, its positive functions are emphasized.
