Abstract: The aim of the study is to investigate at what level the regulations concerning traffics meet the public demands by making a comparative analysis of institutionalization of the central transportation services within Manisa and the highway transportation services of Manisa. In order to achieve this aim, on one hand, the applications about the highway transportation of Turkey and countries that are in close relations with Turkey were being evaluated and on the other hand, at what levels the applications about the present highway transportation meet the public demands were being questioned by means of a questionnaire that consists of eight facts and twenty judgments. This sampling consists of commuters and people who are responsible from these services by preventing likely inconveniences. The questionnaire is computer-coded and analyzed by means of the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study are presented concretely in articles.
