Abstract: The main objective of the current research is to study the relationship between organizational structure and job burnout among the staff of Tehran Daroo Pharmaceutical Company. Current research is practical in terms of target and it has the descriptive methodology through survey. Statistical society of the research includes all of the managers and experts of Tehran Daroo Pharmaceutical Company. Sample size is 149 using Morgan sampling table and it has used simple random sampling. It is a questionnaire-based study and two accomplished questionnaires (organizational structure questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire) were used. Content validity was used for the validity of questionnaire and Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used for reliability. In order to analyze the data we used SPSS statistical software and multivariate correlation and regression test. Results of the research showed that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational structure (and its components) and job burnout.
