Abstract: The main aim of the current study isexploring the impact of organizational factors on customers trust in electronic banking. The sample of the current study is the customers of Sina bank branches in Tehran that were investigated as the final sample using Cochrans C test including 388 individuals. To collect the data of the study, a questionnaire including 29 items is used and structural equations modeling method through likelihood maximum estimation is exploited toanalyze the resulted data. The results of the model and hypothesis test illustrate that the organizational factors have a significant effect on the customers trust in electronic banking. Likewise, organizational factors have a significant effect on the aspects of trust containing the perceived competence, predictability, the perceived truthfulness and goodwill. The given fitting indexes have also the clue of the appropriate fitting model.
