Abstract: Disease caused by the bacterium Flavobacterium psychrophilum in fry, fingerling and juvenile fish, were investigated in rainbow trout farm from 2000 to 2006 in Turkey. Infected fish samples were described using their gross external and internal symptoms and were examined by bacteriological investigations of some organs. In order to cure infected fish, seven different cures were applied in seven different periods. Best treatment cure was performed 6% mortalities with H2O2 (20 mL t 1 0.5 h 1 bath) and florfenicol (15 mg kg-1 day 1 for 7 days orally).
