Abstract: In examining the extent to which women owned a property in Niger State, Nigeria. The result shows that credit and savings influence women access to ownership of property while factors such as age and family size significantly influence women to own a property. The study therefore recommends unbiased access to loan application and the beneficiaries are to be given long-term duration of loan remittance.
