A Comparative Study of Some Crimes in Islamic Religion and the Rules of Zoroastrianism in Iran

Abstract: So, it seems along with the historical evolution of criminal justice institutions in the world that has continued until the late eighteenth century, we should study the situation in Iran It can be said which coincides with the historical evolution of criminal justice institutions in the universe that lasted until the late eighteenth century should see in our country (Iran) what is passed. It can be distinguished that the Iranian criminal law, according to different foundations to the three times: The first period start since ancient times and continue till the Arab attack to the Iran and promotion of Islamic law; the second period begins with the rise of Islam and the Constitutional Revolution seems to the change The second period start with the rise of Islam and the shift with the Constitutional Revolution; The third period start especially after the revolution of 1982 and 11 February 1979 and caused many changes to replace the legal issues in the criminal affairs
