A Faunistic Study on Hemiptera: Heteroptera-Natural Regulators of the Mosquitoes (The culicidae) in the “Altyn-Emel” State National Natural Park, Kazakhstan

Abstract: In this study conducted in summer seasons of 2013 and 2014 in the territory of the “Altyn-Emel” State National Natural Park (Kazakhstan), we have recorded 172 species belonging to 22 families of the Heteroptera. This study describes the biological and ecological characteristics of Heteroptera as mosquitoe (the Culicidae) bioregualtors under natural conditions. This is the first study to determine the Hemiptera: Heteroptera fauna of “Altyn-Emel” State National Natural Park. Until the present rersearchers, no record of belonging to the Hemiptera: Heteroptera family has been known in “Altyn-Emel” State National Natural Park.
