New Thymoquinone Analogs as PPARγ Ligands
Abstract:
New thymoquinone derivatives bearing thiazolidine moiety (2-6) were designed and synthesized in
one pot facile addition reaction. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was elucidated by
elemental analyses and spectral data. The in-vitro antitumor activity of the obtained compounds has been
evaluated.
