The Specific Features of a Government Control over Higher Education, Considering the Interests of Parties to the Social and Labour Relations

Abstract: This study is devoted to studying the role of a government control over higher education, considering the interests of the leading parties to the social and labour relations. The prospects for government control, focused on developing partnership between higher education institutions and employers are considered. It is noted that the promising cooperation between education and business is under small innovative enterprises of universities development. The role of higher education institution as the leading mechanism for the social stratification of the Russian society is shown.
