Aims & Scope

Research Journal of Dairy Sciences is an open access, scientific, peer-reviewed journal, which publishes researches and other scientific work related to the production and processing of milk and milk production. The Journal is headed by a panel of experienced Editors who are experts in the field of Dairy Sciences. The Editorial Board evaluate articles in accordance with the standards and novelty of the subject, while strictly following ethical guidelines. RJDS started its' activity in 2007, since that time it is published bimonthly and is available in both online and printed format
