Abstract: Creativity is a joyful way to a bright future and can help the comfort, excellence and well-being and the present and the future of the human’s social life. If we don’t pay attention toward the dynamic and creative educationin schools then we have to wait for the backwardness of our country in the future. Creativity is the real need of today’s society and educational managersas the powerful muscle of the educational system can deepen the understanding and foster creativity and affect the learning of students. This study which is conducted based on library method with a systematic approach try to identify factors that education director should pay attentions to them for having a creative, dynamic and creativity nurturer school, including organizational culture, management style, identifying the creative community and its impact on that creativity and knowledge and understanding the creative teachers and using of creative teaching methods of educating and its influencing on selecting the teacher, the role of space and equipment, the role of art as an interdisciplinary course, paying attention to proper evaluation and recognition of the family as the most important factor for identifying and fostering creativity and as the manager arm.
