Abstract: This study aimed to identify the impact of applying the concept of knowledge management on security crisis management in the joint operations rooms of the Palestinian security forces in the West bank governorates. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the necessary data from the study society which represents all the officers in the joint operations room which No. 352 officers. The study reached to many important results the most importants was: the joint operating rooms are generally concerned with the implementation of all knowledge management processes to a high degree. The highest level of implementation of these processes is related to knowledge storing followed by knowledge distribution, knowledge generation and knowledge diagnosis. The lowest implementation level was associated with applying knowledge. The study results also indicated that joint operations rooms are generally concerned with the implementation of all phases of the security crisis management with a high degree where the highest level of implementation of these stages was associated with a row of phases confrontation and contain the damage followed by preparedness and prevention phase and then restore the activity phase then the strategic learning phase in when a lowest level implementation was associated with stage of the discovery of early warning signals as the results of the study showed significant effect with statistically significant at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for knowledge management processes (knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and knowledge immplementation) on stages of security crises management in the joint operations rooms of the Palestinian security services. In the light of view of the results the study founds, many recommendations were made to enhance the impact of the implementation of knowledge management on the management of security crises commensurate with the reality of the joint operations rooms of the Palestinian security forces.
