Abstract: This study aims to explain the relationship between principals ethical leadership and organizational virtuousne with mediating role of corporate identity, organizational trust and organizational commitment of Khorramabads primary school teachers.The method of this research is a description from correlation type and structural equation modelling, the study was conducted with 300 teachers that were chosen with the random exemplification method and based on the table of Morgan. For the purpose of collecting data three questionnaires were used Kalshoven ethical leadership questionnaire, Nahapiet and Ghoshal social capital questionnaire, Cameron Organizational virtuousne questionnaire. After calculating the validity and reliability, these criteria were distributed among samples. For data analyzing data and studying hypothesis, the Structural Equation Modelling and Partial Least Square method was used, therefore Smart pls.2 and SPSS Version 19 Software was used. Finally the findings confirmed all hypothesis of research, so that, ethical leadership style has a meaningful relation with organizational virtuousne; especially this relation has greater strength by entering intermediary variables of corporate identity, organizational trust and commitment to equations. In other words, it can be said that corporate identity, organizational trust and organizational commitment, increase the intensity of ethical leadership effect on organizational virtuousne .
