The Development of Creativity and Personality Education Program Model Focused on Integrated Representation Based on Political Image for Pre-Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop a program model of creativity and personality education focusing on integrated representation based on the political image of pre-kindergarten teacher. Necessity of previous research, creativity and personality education follow the previous research and the theory of literature. The basic direction was set based on the basic thinking of creativity and personality, the constituent elements of educational factors and the previous research of digital contents. Next, we set standards such as images of politics, selection of digital contentions, selection of eight political image data contents and setting political images of the creativity education program model of pre-based integration. The results show that this study was indicated that it is very timely to creatively solve a political task which can be faced in social life as a future pre-kindergarten teacher and a social being targeting students for the department of early childhood education and to train competent people who have upright personality and judgment in a situation of moral problem. Second, the political education program targeting these people was confirmed again to be necessary. Third an attempt of this study for training competent people with creativity and personality is conforming so much with this timely demand. Fourth, thus, what this study addressed image media through the integrated activities such as language, fine arts, body and music, so that, a problem can be solved in the more open perspective without sticking only to knowledge in any specific field can be considered to be a new attempt in developing a program for creativity-personality education. In spite of preliminary infant teachers experiencing difficulties in establishing the concept of political value, teachers are motivated to raise their awareness of political value and to make teachers practice their daily lives through easy and interesting expression activities. It was a great development to give. In addition, the creativity and personality changed through political image-based creativity and personality education program to be owned as missionary’s early education teacher to determine the quality of early childhood education.
